MINI YORKSHIRE PUDDING ME SUPER SALÇIÇE HAKO

Ingredients:

1 pack Hako Super Salçiçe

½ cup (60 g) all-purpose flour

2 large eggs

½ cup (120 ml) milk

1 tablespoon vegetable oil or fat

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh thyme or rosemary for garnish

Powdered sugar for topping (optional)

Total Time: 30 minutes

LET'S COOK!

Step 1

Preheat oven to 220°C.

Step 2

Add 1 tbsp oil to each cup of a muffin tin and heat in the oven until very hot.

Step 3

In a bowl, whisk together eggs, flour, milk, salt, and pepper until smooth.

Step 4

Carefully place cooked Hako Super Salçiçe in the hot dish, then pour batter over them.

Step 5

Bake for 20–25 minutes until puffed and golden brown.

Step 6

Garnish with fresh thyme or rosemary and an optional dusting of powdered sugar.
