DEEP FRIED RAVIOLI WITH HAKO BEEF PROSCIUTTO AND MOZZARELLA

Ingredients:

1 pack Hako Beef Prosciutto, chopped

½ cup shredded mozzarella

Fresh ravioli sheets or homemade dough

½ cup flour (for coating)

1 beaten egg (for coating)

1 cup breadcrumbs (for coating)

Frying oil

Optional: marinara or pesto sauce for serving

LET'S COOK!

Step 1

Use store bought fresh pasta sheets or make your own pasta dough.

Step 2

Mix chopped Hako Beef Prosciutto with shredded mozzarella.

Step 3

Fill pasta squares with mixture and seal with a little bit of egg wash to form ravioli.

Step 4

Coat with flour, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs.

Step 5

Deep-fry until golden and crisp, then serve with marinara or pesto dipping sauce.
